How will Turbo MT help me onboard to Cloud MT faster?
Without Turbo MT, you’ll be required to manually add the following minimum requirements for each individual active Ecommerce listing: Google Shopping Category, Age Group, Primary Colour. Many other essential properties will also need to be set such as Department (+filters), Item Group (+filters), Descriptions, and more…one-by-one.
With Turbo MT, you’ll be able to use Excel & CSV files to bulk import data directly from provided supplier files, or ones created by you using our template. No waiting for pages to load, or clicking through menus – just one clear, simple interface where you can update thousands of products in minutes. Turbo MT can cut your time to finish Cloud MT onboarding in half, and allow your business to begin selling online months before you previously would have. Do I have to move my data into a template file to import?
No. As long as the file you have is either csv or Excel format, you can upload it straight to Turbo MT! This means you can simply use your supplier-provided files to make bulk updates (as long as there is a unique identifier to match). You can map the columns in your file to Cloud MT product attributes.
Is there a limit to the number of products I can import or export at once?
There is no limit to how many products you can export. However, there is a 4.2MB file size limit for importing products.
Can I activate/deactivate products with Turbo MT?
Yes you can update the activate status just like you can change any other product attribute.
What happens if there are errors in my import file?
Turbo MT validates your file before processing. If errors are found, you’ll receive a report detailing the issues. You’ll need to correct these errors and re-upload the file.
Can I import images for my products?
Yes, you can import product images by including URLs to the images in your import file. You can add multiple images by separating the URLs with a comma.
