Quick Look for Cloud POS | FREE TRIAL NOW AVAILABLE

Check item location and details on the move

Quick Look Lite NOW AVAILABLE.

Quick Look is an integrated app for Citrus-Lime retailers that allows quick display of product data. It’s great for tasks where you need to quickly check an item detail, like returning items to the correct location in the warehouse. It’s useful when pricing items and quickly checking stock levels and location. The app works on PC, tablet or mobile meaning you can use the same handheld devices used for the other Bare Retail apps around your store or warehouse.

You can use Quick Look to scan an item, this will bring up item details including:

  • Last Sold Date
  • Description
  • ILC
  • Matrix? Yes or No
  • Bin Location
  • Price, MSRP, Sale Price
  • On Hand, Committed & Available stock
  • Alias
  • Last Received Date

Whether you are viewing this data on a PC, tablet or mobile device you can use it to price items for putting out in store, put items away in your warehouse or find items.

Key Features

What’s the difference between Quick Look and Quick Look Lite

Quick Look Lite has all of the features of Full Quick Look, however it is designed for one user at a time. Full Quick Look can be used on multiple computers by different users at the same time.

A Free trial of Quick Look Lite now available. Sign up above to try it for 14 days.

Integrated data

Item data is synced and then updated in real time. Setup is pain free and training is quick and easy.

Increased efficiency

If your warehouse/store has not used bin locations before then adding them will feel like a game changer. No more relying on the member of the team that has been there for years to know where the last red, size small, t-shirt is. All of your team will now be able to walk straight to its location.

Quickly Bin Locate

No more sitting at a PC going through your data or having to open several tabs just to add a single location. Bin locate items on the go at the point of placing them on the shelf.

Complete overview

By having an overview of your bin locations you can keep them up to date and make regular changes.

A perfect match with Pick Pro

If you are using Pick Pro then Quick Bin works
perfectly hand in hand. Keeping bin locations up to date will improve your picker
stats. You can also use the same Zebra handheld devices you use for picking to
update your bin locations meaning no more hardware costs.

Increased Security

Warehouse and junior staff no longer need training and access to Cloud POS back office where other data could be accessed and edited by mistake.

Bare Retail is an independent software company created by Ben Tuff, owner of Redpost Equestrian. Through Ben’s in-depth knowledge of Cloud POS in his own business, Bare Retail creates apps to work with Cloud POS.
